How IT Employees Federation collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Information we collect
When you apply for membership, register a grievance, request legal assistance or register for an event, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, date of birth, gender, contact numbers, email, address, district, employer, designation, photograph and ID proof.
How we use your information
Your information is used only to process your membership application, respond to grievances and legal assistance requests, communicate with you about federation activities you have registered for, and maintain membership records.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law, or with your consent — for example, when referring your case to a legal professional.
Confidentiality of grievances
Grievance and legal assistance submissions are treated as confidential. Where you request confidentiality, your identity will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
